I am a certified birth and postpartum doula, certified Hypnobabies Hypnodoula, placenta encapsulator, childbirth education and Certified Lactation Counselor supporting NY’s Capital Region, Southern Vermont and Western Massachusetts. I am interested in helping adoptive families make meaningful connections during the labor and birth process while making sure that the birthing woman maintains all her rights and dignity in this life changing event. I am also available as a postpartum consultant to provide referrals for mental health or social services support, as well as lactation management support and information on breast milk donation options if desired.
